I swear you're missing half those shots. 2:21 for instance... you shoot like 90 degrees to the left of the fade yet you reg the shot. EXPLAIN PLEASE.

It depends on your CPU plus GFX card plus drivers plus flash version plus remember this is 60FPS. Newest ATI drivers and flash can accelerate H264 on flash. No sure if its accelerated for me but it plays smoothly on my comp. But really the flash video is just for preview, its meant to be downloaded.
