I still can't completely figure out how this scales into interesting lifeform that is still accessible, but I guess they've got it planned out somehow.

The Fade will be weaker but more nimble. The fast instant teleportation blink obviously lends itself to some pretty awesome acrobatic moves. Interestingly that might even have MORE skill depth than the old blink, which even with celerity was too slow to make acrobatics a viable attack option against skilled marines.

(and since when do we care about accessibility?!)

I don't really care for accessibility, but the UWE folks do. If they have to decide between a hardcore madskills alien and watered down accessible version, I fear they'll pick the latter.

Well, there should be blink+special movement combo like we had in NS. There should some way to maintain speed, and it should be hard to do.
