So what you're saying is were not allowed to get members who are on average better than div4. So our team is not allowed to get people who were or merced in higher divisions, so in other words we can't have people in team who can help us improve and can help with our personnel skill and in teamplay wise.

This thread is also for trolling officials not about our team composition if you're not happy with that you need to make your own thread about it.

I _THINK_ that his point is that you're welcome to recruit new players, but that it's kind of hilarious that you're getting players who's formerly been in or merced for div1 or premdiv teams. How about we cut the crap already. At least half of the teams in Div 4 this season have at least 1 player in their roster who has previously played in higher divisions. BGR have fucking GeRm who's played in NSL since 2006, playing for Div 1 (prem div during precaching's time when he played for them) teams for example, nobody bitching about that. Obviously something personal going on here, don't know what to be honest. OneHit is at the moment the ONLY player on our roster who has played in higher division than Div 4 beforehand. Yes he's a really good marine and a good alien player. But today for example on pcw he certainly did NOT carry us by any means, neither on marine round or alien.

Can we all just agree to stop the blaiming, bitching and whining, play the season to end and just agree that we'll enter Div 3 next season if the line-up doesn't change radically?

I'm going to be very frank about why you're recieving alot of complaints and BGR isn't, because just as you say, BGR having GeRm is just as silly in div 4 as you guys having Zafod/OneHit. The fact is, however, that BGR isn't spending 90% of their time in this community bming. I've never personally seen you bm so this is not a comment on your behaviour, your post above is probably the first decently rational post I've seen from you guys. Examples? Bming in twitch chats about other teams/members. Doing the nazi joke/names repeatedly even when you realise that people get offended. Putting our team in an awkward situation when you refused to get a div2 player (who was currently on the server speccing) to merc for one round after you'd waited 30 minutes on me trying to fix my game and instead letting us chase down a merc you could accept. Going on rampages in the shoutbox. Declining seeding matches before the season started. Neither of those things benefit the community and all of those things give you guys a bad image outwards. And I have to point out that accepting the single most cancerous player in the NS2 community into your team, who almost solely play the game just to bm and troll people, when you already have a bad reputation for bming probably wasn't the brightest desicion if you look at it from the outside.


Bottom line/TLDR: the reason you guys are getting so much shit when BGR isn't, is because certain members of your team behaves like complete dickheads. Do not for a second think that people will show you any respect or kindness when you won't do it in return.

tbh I am on shreck's haircut/asshats/shurk's benis (guys stick to one team name pls) side in this case. They are allowed to get new members even from higher divs. Even GIEF ROBOT did this with maxamus (even if he was commanding he still has enough knowledge of laneblocking and positioning to carry).

Also OneHit fits into that team in my oppinion and he doesn't feel like a hardcarry for them. I would say he is a div3 (maybe div2) player but not nearly as good as Zafod.

I also don't think it's worth it anymore to complain about them being in div 4 anymore. They will move to div 3 next season and I think they can't even move to div 3 right now (during a season) even if they wanted to.

Wouldn't the fact that people get so upset about jokes on national topics, like nazism for instance, be a sign of bad self-esteem? People pissing in their knickers because of terrible shit that happened 70 years ago. I admit straight away of being guilty of using nazi related names ingame. I am willing to bet that none of us deep down, me included, find anything that the nazis did remotely funny. What is funny is how upset people still get after the issue is brought up. I suppose to idea is more (at least on my part) to provoke the people going ape shit crazy over the topic to maybe look in a mirror and possibly recognize their own insecurities and self-esteem issues on the topic.

You should hear our teamspeak, we call each other names, bring up every national stereotype imaginable and just generally bigot and poke fun at each other. The thing is that all of us understand the fact that what is said is not actually meant by the guys saying the stupid shit, we understand the joke. If Babbler calls me a Finnish faggot who lives in a sauna and drinks alcohol alone in the darkest corner in the bar, grunting at every poor soul trying to touch my beloved beer, I usually just send the same kind of stuff back at him and we laugh about it. Not a big deal. We have members from Austria and Germany who we usually refer to as nazis and they get the fact that it is, plain and simple, a joke.

Now, shortly on the topic of OneHit again, you call him the most cancerous player in the community, I'm willing to call bullshit on that. The truth is that when you get to know him, he's actually a really nice guy. Same goes for daddy who many people also dislike.

I cannot comment on the shit that's being said on Twitch chat, shoutbox or refusing mercs from higher divisions since I have not been there. From what I know, a seeding match was played against TAWsome, which ended in a 2-2. I recognize also that some of our guys might not be the most intelligent at discussing these things when they are actually brought on the table (looking at you Babbler the BritFag Ginger II), throwing more gasoline on the fire instead of actually trying to bring up the idea conveyed behind all the trolling.

We've had this discussion in private, and I do still think that the above statement is hilarious. Max played in gB. A team that won div3 last season with Max commanding. gB was seeded into div1 but never got to play because they disbanded. Most gB members went on to a div 2 team that has not excelled or stomped. Max joined us as a _field player_, with the understanding that he had barely no time to practise, due to focusing time on his daughter, which is why in the majority of officials and pcws, we play without Max because he's busy. Surely enough, Max brings loads of wisdom in terms of laneblocking and field strategies, but how is that different from any comp player who's played long enough or payed enough attention to strategies? And yes, the fact is that Max can sometimes carry us as a marine k/d-wise, but he balances that out nicely by always ramboing with his lerk more often than not :D (sorry max, much love? lessthanthree) So to compare a previous div 3 commander playing on the field with recruiting previous div1 members playing their primary role is hilarious, and I stand by that fact :D
