This is a complaint about a player who i(and most likely few others who give a damn), is repeatedly using aimbot or a variant of such and has nothing been done about, hearsay i've gotten is that this has been occuring since last season, but i've experienced(and noticed) this personally for the past week or so. What makes all of this alarming that the player in question clearly has very poor awareness, everything else outside of shooting is outright subpar by any standards, and should be apparent to anyone paying attention.

I'll list below two VODs of this seasons games, where you can watch and judge for yourself the repeating occurance how alien HP literally melts when the player in question is on the screen. You will see occasions where the player dies due to outright stupid positioning or other various reasons, there are no one and only occasions you need to watch, you need to watch and pay attention to the whole game to see the pattern. It seems to me, that he is intentionally playing "the game right" and not soloing too much, so his aimbot wouldn't be so easy to spot. It's very hard to determine from the topdown view if he is using one or not, but from personal experience playing against this team(4-5 maps), we've had some 'extensive testing' just to see how to outplay this particular player(it's doable, just annoying to adapt to such cheating).

When we realised this aimbot a week ago, i mentioned in on steam messages to few people, and apparently it's very well known how this player has repeatedly 35% acc as marine, i've listed below few examples of the more recent rounds where this is so, i'd like to remind you that this type of accuracy is beyond what most premium players have, it is simply unnatural.

On top of this, a referee was asked to pay attention to this person and the response was that he didn't see any proof of an aimbot. It was also said that apparently with NSL MOD you are able to first person spectate thus this referee's response, i can't but utterly call this complete bullshit as it just makes literally no sense from the records of accuracy and experience we've had with this player.

Thus i request that anyone who is able to first person spectate this player in the future to record, and upload said material, because if it is so that this guy is "legit", with the utterly shocking game sense he has, he must be a savant to have such aim.

I wish all of this is cleared before more of the season is played, futuremore, if said persons accuracy "suddenly" falls below the 30-35% to "normal levels", well i guess we've got our answer there..

FYI: The accuracy he has depends on the weapons he can use in said round, the more GL he uses the lower it is (read: around 30%)

Not sure if i'm violation forum guidelines here but yeah, it's not the end of the world to get banned from these forums. :)

Oh and, if you have trouble figuring how you need to play against this player, my advices are, flanks, avoid until you have higher numbers, and abuse los as much as you can, with lifeforms just play it safe and don't worry about getting kills, just stay alive until you can have perfect engagements.

This evilcunt is using an aimbot and im not the only one thinking that, nearly every players i know who used to play against him think the same. Its the only player that give me the feeling that something not right when you play against him.
I dont think he play with it "on" all the time, but in important fight he dont miss a shot.

ps: sorry for my poor english, fucking jackson is not online i cant get him to correct my post

Your english is fine.

FYI the official response from ENSL is that he is being monitored, so don't mistake this for that nothing is being done with it. Personally situations like this i feel should be as public as possible, as it should raise the general awareness regarding such behaviour. I wish we could be able to first person spectate, and get better proof on our own, but it is what it is for the time being.

I spoke about this player when i was in Renegade, playing agaisnt Maximum Damage (almost 2 years ago) but ref didn't think it was obvious (cause it's not that obvious). Glad i'm not the only one anymore. I told to PowerUp this player was suspicious (last season) and all i got was "Tachi : lol noob get better" and more sarcastic answers. (But again it's hard to notice so i don't blame them)
Vexta expressed their concerns about this player last season. This is not a new issue, at least for me.

Basicly, when the team is losing/in difficulties he will get 100% accuracy for a short period of time, enough to kill both lerk or fade with lmg

10 second clip with 100% accuracy. It was last week. Maniak was wall jumping from obs and turned back as quick as possible; even if it looks like he was not moving at the start (i'm a bad editor :) ). From the sound you can see it's 10 bullet-> killfeedd, i NEVER killed a skulk with 37 bullet left in my lmg. Oh and look at the timer just so you see how fast Maniak died.
I didn't have time to make the same thing with him with HMG against a fade sorry.

I'm gonna be honest here, the evidence isn't very damning, and until he gets first person specced you can't prove jack shit. That's why matters like this are better dealt with in private until you have some solid evidence.

As I already told you on Steam. We have some concerns about the said player but as long as we do not get any solid proof, nothing will change. I'm not gonna debate on public forums anyway but we're doing our best to make sure this player doesn't cheat and if he does to get enough "proof" about it and our Referees got informations and appropriate rules for that case.

First person is not relevant for aimbot because of lag/delay, it's only relevant for wallhacks.

Maybe we can all agree to boycott pcw or even official scrim against this team if proof are not decisive enough?

Boycotting a PCW is absolutely reasonable. Team can't get practice if nobody will scrim them. Boycotting an official match is only going to get you a forfeit... not worth it.

Not worth it ? At the end of the day it's just a forfeit. And players [who think he has an aimbot) don't waste their time in a worthless game. 4 hours playing with someone randomly killing everything with 100% accuracy ? No thanks. Edit : i'm not speaking for iSwear, this just my opinion.

But this is not a debate until NSL referees take a decision and I've got no idea if other div 2 teams would like to to this. Anyway, just a "wait and talk" situation :)

@Seb, i would agree if not played against said player, my initial reaction was "holy shit that aim", :D

@Tinki, we had similar experiences, we basicly started to play a little whack-a-mole-minigame with him just to drain his bullets/ keep him at bay(with fades and some extent with lerk, we have crazy lerks :D). Their gameplay is so passive that you shouldn't really loose rounds to them, as long as you know in advance of the 'aim'.

@Decoy, i think that's the choice for the teams themselves, i know several opinions of people who would rather not play at all against such types. With out caring if they would have to forfeit or not.

-

But yeah, looking forward to what becomes of this. Would prefer first person videos of said person to be public though!

We had similiar expiriences with that guy in our last pcw.

I was arguing against him using an aim bot back then, because none of the kills he made seemed entirely impossible, but seeing this topic, I might reconsider.

One situation was particularly sketchy. I was lerk in Crossroads at around 120 hp, flying around the pillar near the ramp leading to comp lab. The guy was standing between pipe and cross and just casually sniped me across the room with the lmg. .

The caster unfortunately missed the very moment, but you could see the positionings of both us when it happened. I was basicaly visible for like 0.5 second, there were other aliens around and he killed me. It was weird (but not impossible!)

Trying to find the VOD...

edit: It happened in the first 30 minute part of this VOD: http://www.twitch.tv/ns2rus/c/5150646
You can't skip through the first 30 minutes however.

he should be allowed to use cheats because beeing russian is handicap enough...

just my opinion :DDD

seriously....my whole team thinks he is cheating....we suspect him since last season.....

sometimes he is not hitting a bullet and then in important engagements he is killing all lifeforms with 100% acc..... :D

but whatever its only a game and maybe he is just doing heavy drugs

We have been playing this team for a while now. While they as a team are fun to play and never get too serious about things, that said player has pulled of questionable and dodgy things more than once.

- Melting 4 full-hp skulks while backpaddeling on w0 and having incredible accurate burst fire on lerks has happened almost every game.
- Another scene (I was spectating him for the entire round) felt odd when he was building a RT in gravity on jambi, while a skulk was sneaking up on him compeltely without making any kind of noise. Without having any indication where the skulk could be he instantly stopped building, turned around a corner and killed that skulk without missing a single bullet.

Since the team does not really benefit much from his actions, I didn't think it was too much of an issue. Our lifeforms for example started calling out said player during engagements or even tried to avoid him entirely.

I dont see why they should be allowed to ruin everyone else's season, especially when we have all waited 8 months for this one to start...

Delay all of Power-ups games pending further investigation, not only is this a disgrace to evil but also his team who should act swiftly to clear their names.

And when there is clear public opinion over a matter of this nature but the ensl doesn't see enough "hard" evidence then this information should defiantly be public so everyone can make their own judgement and choices, whether it be simply to avoid playing this team or refuse to play with evil on the server.

Yeah good job bringing it up.
I can definitely reconize Evilbot's 100% accuracy from matches I've played against him. This one example I have is, I was lerking against him. I engaged while doing evasive manouvres all around him. He was simply burst firing and hit me with ALL the bullets, EACH time he bursted me.
To me there is no doubt, this guy is using an aimbot and have been for a very long time. Sure, it's a toggle and he is not undefeatable. But the playing field should be leveled with no advantages other than skill.

I have no idea if EvilBot is cheating or not as I have never played with him or seen him play. The videos linked here are suspicious at best. So many others thinking he is cheating does lend some weight, but it is not evidence.

The simple solution is to force EvilBot to stream or record his matches. This is similar to how Eissfeldt's situation was handled. It is an easy way for EvilBot to clear his name if he is not cheating. Or, at the very least, it forces him to play legit during official matches.

I suggest Evilbot should be suspended from official matches until the admins make a decision about this matter. If he can turn it on and off it would be no use to let him play in other matches unless you can have a ref first person speccing him the entire game throughout the entire season.

You can not suspend someone until it is clear he/she cheats. It is not clear cut whether the person is cheating regardless of the evidence provided. It is just very suspicious.

If it is discovered he is cheating, then all results should be reversed rather than delay the games. Until then play on.

Let's be honest here. You are not the best of lerks.

And let's be fair, you do not need to be a premium level lerk to fly around franticly with no intention to bite anyone only to get mowed down within an lmg clip. We all get the point of having no hard proof, but since the situation and detection is so hard to pull of in these type of cases when the player in question is really bad individually yet pulls of "aiming specific" features as this.

Opinions on how this should be dealt will definately vary, but the only thing we really want is that something is done to this player, there's too much experience from so many to negate this with "no hard evidence". Personally, what GORGEous mentioned about eissfeldt's situation seems like a very nice option as well.

Also, what East mentioned about the team i have to agree, they seem like a nice bunch of people in general, it's just this one guy that's being an issue, by his actions.

Yeah he is cheating. He doesn't know how to properly move, get into good positions, but when there's a lifeform it almost always melts down.

On the Leftovers VS PowerUp VOD there's some suspicious stuff on Descent and the tracking of a lerk in the middle of a messy engage (in Plaza) arround 38:10 (video time)
http://www.twitch.tv/gghaven/b/577476058

On Veil, Evilbot's weird freeze/warp before entering the PG and killing a lifeform
01:29:40 on the same video

Everyone knows he's cheating. I'm so tired of this shit, playing our first match against that guy that has 15 kills (amongst which several lifeforms) with 35% acc whereas the rest of his team has 3 kills and around 11-15% acc.
