To avoid admin abuse i would deny the admins to take big decissions alone. when mega was away absurdon literally banned two teams by his own.
this also helps to avoid missjudgement because of personal dispute with certain members. a lot of admin decissions against players or teams are surely harder because of personal hate

If a player has personal disputes and can not leave that behind them when acting as a admin he or she should not be admin.

If you think admins judge to harshly than propose a better description of what offenses give what punishments.

I personally would say the NSL admins have acted far to lenient in the past. Rules were a joke because no one followed them. Why should they? Due to the community being 'so small', serious action was rarely taken.. if ever.
I had no issues seeing a ban on those teams when the permanent action was to be debated.
