How's Friday, June 12th, 7:30 PM PDT / Saturday June 13th 12:30 PM AEST?

This is forfeit in favour of Titus Gaming.

If both teams still want to play it, they need to do so until Monday 29th. From there we move on to scheduling the finals.

Why force forfeit before a deadline, but then leave it open to be played? *confused*

We are way past the original deadline - and as Titus was the only team, who seemed to bother scheduling here, they get the forfeit-win. As the other Semifinal is done on Sunday, we need some result for this match, one way or the other.

However, we always assume that teams want to play their matches - rather than forfeit. So, if you guys can manage and play your game until Sunday, go ahead.

A forfeit win to one team and having the game still open to be played are mutually exclusive terms.

Not that it matters, I actually loaded this page up to forfeit the game. I want to express my annoyance at being forfeited before a deadline (albeit an extended deadline), when what scheduling had taken place occurred in PMs rather than on this page.

I can not read your PMs Sardine.

We have to base our decisions on what we see on these matchpages. And if one team writes something here and the other not, it's a forfeit for the one, who wrote something. This procedure is barely new.

The deadline expired for quite some time already. Theoretically we should have forfeited this match a whole week ago.

The procedure of forfeiting a match, but to give the teams the possibility to turn a forfeit into a real match - if they manage to do that in time - isn't a new concept either. Call it forfeit win, default or preliminary result, or whatever you want.

So basicly what you say, if you have a sour milk in your fridge that gone like 15 days from the "expiration-date" you still drink it?

Its more like tudy got his work done and doesn't have to keep it on his todo list. So if you never show up, everything is clear. Everything else afterwards is a favor and more work on his part.

I understand that as an admin you have no knowledge of what is taking place in PMs, I never suggested you should be omnipotent. Although pelagir did contact me a few weeks ago and enquired as to how the scheduling was going, and I explained the situation to him.

I also understand completely how the forfeit system works, the team that does not comment will get forfeited, I have no issues with that at all.

Maybe I'm just arguing semantics here, but to me a forfeit is a closed door. Once a forfeit is awarded then the decision is final, and maybe you should wait to forfeit teams until your post-deadline grace period has ended.

No hard feelings.

But what Tudy essentially said was If you can't schedule and play the match by Monday the 29th, you would forfeit.

I don't understand the dilemma... if a match is not played by the 29th, then the game will forfeit in favour of Titus... that isn't saying "you have forfeited", it is saying "you will forfeit if X doesn't happen by Y date".

Let it go, guys,... let it go... It's fine.

I don't think there is need of further discussions.
