If you want to challenge a team you perform the following steps:

0) Get in touch with the other teamleader first. This is in fact an optional step, but one, which is considered "good manners". You want to play the match as soon as possible after a challenge, so to not block your opponent of challenging a third team themselves in the meantime. You can even fully schedule the match with the other teamleader before even opening ensl.org.
1) Write an appropriate challenge on the other's teampage. Let everyone know of the future clash of titans! Best you propose a time for the fight right for the away.
2) Schedule the match with the other teamleader. This can, but doesn't need to, happen on the teampage.
3) After you played your match post the result below your challenge, if not done by someone else already.
4) Also inform an admin about the result, if you get the feeling, that the result went unnoticed. However, give the admins some time to find the result themselves.

Rules of Conduct:
* Do not challenge, if you don't mean it. Being a div4 team and challenging a div1 team might sound funny, but, if they react to it eager to roflstomp you, you should better take on that challenge. Otherwise you are just wasting everybody's time.
* Always try to get in touch with the other team first, before making a challenge.
* React to challenges swiftly, especially, if you are the Challenger. Make an effort to schedule the match. If you can play on only a single day in the next 14 days you better make sure that the other team can play that day, before you uselessly challenge them.
* Whenever you would arrange a PCW, think if it would not be cooler to make it a Ladder-Match insead. Challenges can be arranged quickly.
* However, planning a challenge a few days before their due gives casters time to see your upcoming match and cast it.
* Do not deny challenges from teams more than 3 ranks below yourself for no reason.
