Hey. So best place to start would be try and get in to some ENSL gathers (see top of website) or Reddit Pugs (search on Reddit or on Steam Groups). Also post in the recruitment thread that you are looking for a team.

Read the forum rules and see other peoples posts in the recruitment thread to get an idea how you need to lay out your post.

There is also a looking for team thread on the unknown worlds forum where you can do the same thing. Try and expose yourself to the competitive community so you get noticed and I am sure someone will be happy to pick you up.

I highly advise trying to get involved in Gathers/Pugs (Same thing just called different names based on where you are from) as they are a good starting point for anyone. You can even try to get a gather going yourself if there is currently no one looking.

Hope that helps.

it is something a little like match making - it needs 12 players to join it, once it has 12 players, it will play an awesome sound (that will hunt you for ever) then you will pick team captains, once the captains are picked they will then pick the players for there team, Once all that is done you will then see what server to join and the ensl teamspeak info.

The longest part of a gather is normally the time it takes to get it going :P

Since you're NA, you might want to do Reddit Pick Up Games.

Join this group --> http://steamcommunity.com/groups/rns2pugs
You'll get a notification when they need players for a PUG.

How it works is this: You join up on the mumble (address: 74.86.55.132 Port: 64738), and join "The Ready Room" When there are 12 people, they pick commanders and then pick teams. You'll likely get picked last at first just because they don't know you :D There's a LOT of competitive players that play gathers, it's a good way to get your foot in the door.
