On the first map ns_veil. The CAL plugin was disabled; there were no enforced screenshots.
The rules state:
"Every match has to be played on a server which has the CAL plugin. If you can't find a server with it, the match will be rescheduled. If you play your match on a server without the plugin, you will take a double forfeit."
If those values are not enforced during the match, there could be consequences, depending on the context (who has the rcon, who owns the server, was there a referee...)."

We have appealed for a rematch on ns_veil, M\\ke is considering.
This was a pretty pear-shaped match as it stands - ReD, myself and oma all quit/rejoined due to certain circumstances (i.e. me having power outage) but to be honest guys... we played veil both sides not knowing about the fact cal wasn't configured. This was only apparent after both rounds finished. It was an even game with no cheating (and Player doesn't hack ffs, we're not that retarded). As regards pausable, there was no pausing, so to be honest I think there is no problem if it's enabled or not. You would notice if the match was paused at any point and it was not.
Personally I would want no rematches. It was predicted as a draw. Both our marine rounds we were playing with 5 men for at least 10 minutes each and we're prepared to let those defeats slide.
3 times, and it was because with numlock activated, when strafing he was forced to walk at half speed, when he tried to turn numlock off the server paused. Because pauseable was set to 1, one of our players was basically crippled for the first 5minutes.
I think what my team mates are trying to point out is the dire judgement of the referee deeming the server ready to play on with most of the ensl cfg not even loaded. Also Legian lets all be mature about this, own are quite in their rights to complain about the server. As for you lump as a admin surely ur requred to read the rules and they state that screenshots are required to be on :
"cal_screenshots 1" < in the ensl server cfg
As a admin surely you should be aware of that?

I remember a similar story: a match took place without the plug-in CAL. This 2 teams all right on the result did not want to replay the match and were disqualified of ENSL.
wp all OWN members good game apart from veil, and apologises for any inconvenience caused by my members. Overall was a very changellnging game for us and we almost lost the game with OWNs hive rush.

some wise man once said "game is over when it's over" sometimes u must be pro to win on situations like that AND WE WERE thats why we won those 2 rounds
you won because i got out of the cc, incredibly stupidly. i should have dropped an obs in sub, beacon, get phase tech asap and get pg up to sub and push your remaining rts down with sgs.
