Could not get a hold of srs? Could you please detail these attempts. Also, could you please explain who you got hold of from Snx #2? I am requesting logs from actual rostered members of SNX 2, not from another team called "SNX 1".
Nobody from SNX 2 made an effort to contact me.
We were informed by our league admin, elodea, we had until June 10 to play these matches. Please explain.
This match has been up for more than three weeks and neither team has replied until yesterday. I do not know the going ons of the AUS division, and since Elodea has been MIA (according to Outsider), I made a decision to advance the playoffs. Outsider said he made numerous attempts to contact your team to no avail.
If you're able to play the matches, semifinals and finals, within the next week, that's great! Do so and I'll update the scores and brackets to reflect the match.
Also, if you have issues please address them to me in a place that I can see them. I don't visit the AUS community forums. You can always reach me through ENSL or Steam PM. Thanks.
Due to the perception of illegitimacy in this tournament, srs will be withdrawing, awaiting fair future treatment of Australian competitive NS2 by ENSL. A number of decisions made by overruling admins abroad have caused irrepairable damage to many Australian teams, contributing to numerous disbands, as well as the Australian competitive environment as a whole. Furthermore, the treatment of AusNS2 casters attempting to cast Nation's Cup games was unacceptable. Our community should be allowed to cast its own games, despite particular casters filling out an entire casting document well in advance (even before lineups are determined!).
This is, of course, in addition to the false promises of a potential prize pool (which is a relatively minor issue, but don't promise what you can't deliver).
Outsider is not a member of snx2 (so has no authority to contact you regarding this match), did not make multiple attempts to contact srs, and elodea was not MIA.
I don't see how, any of this fixes that fact that this match is 3 weeks overdue and both teams have made next to no attempt to play it. You have no one but yourselfs to blame for consequences.
Zefram, i do believe a SNX B team member contacted elodea regarding the scheduling this match. If you need some clarification of that chat maybe talk to elodea.

Setting aside previous admin advice that there was still time to play the game before June 10:
If "both teams have made next to no attempt to play it" then why not forfeit both teams?

Who's "us"? You're not in snx2. srs has never made anyone forfeit anything.
I don't have an issue with anyone in snx2. I have an issue with outsider lying to make srs forfeit a game.
