errr i can't play those .dem

You load them in NS2. just like you did in the old days of the ENSL where you had to record demos. should be a guide somewhere.

To watch it
1. you install the old Natural Selection 1 version 3.2 into your "half life" folder
(ns1 download link) =http://www.ensl.org/files/client/ns_install_v32.exe
2. copie the demos into the "ns" folder
3. open game, open console and enter "viewdemo" "demoname"

otherwise a half-life 1 demoplayer (doesnt work for me)
