I just spectated a gather and was on teamspeak at the same time in one of the teams channels. I do not take gathers that serious but I understand and respect people who do.
I 'spammed' a bit - that means i talked to ykarus and also got answers so it did not feel like spamming.
Also danny was laughing and I felt as if people are enjoying my stay. Then Ykarus died and asked to kick me from the channel because i would distract him. I said wow ok I leave on my own...

At the same time I joined the next gather. When the gather ended the next gather started I heard the music and so on... When I opened the browser to make the music stop I noticed that I wasn't in the gather anymore.
While the pickingphase I told dugi several times to VOTE. The result of that was a TS3 ban for 15 minutes.
Later danny told me that tweadle removed me from the gather.

The game before Tweadle tried to replace Malinko because he did not want to play with her.
He insulted her although she did nothing wrong.

He uses his admin rights for HIS PURPOSES not for these of the ENSL.

you should remove his admin rights like you did with doogies - because of the same reason.

The initial problem was your deliberate spamming over teamspeak when you weren't in the gather and we were trying to make tactics. I warned everyone in the channel to stop talking so that we could ready up and get the game going. You would have been free to talk afterwards (at least until the game had started). You purposefully chose to talk some nonsense but, instead of banning you, I muted you.

I commanded the game and continued to hear complaints that you were still voice spamming. I removed you from the next gather and banned you from teamspeak for 15minutes as punishment. You then proceeded to circumvent your ban by joining the team as a mercenary so I gave you a 3-hour ban.
