Tier 2 Final Preds

Right, as you've probably noticed, the final match is: Tuxedo Men - Stray Dogs. Both the predictors have written their views of the game, see them below.

Bacillus:

Tuxedo Men beat the Korean DS to secure their position in the Tier 2 Finals. It was a close game that could have gone either way, but Tuxedo Men somehow managed to prevail on both marine and alien late game phases and scored on both the closely contested rounds. All in all, great team effort by the TM. Still, I feel that the Koreans had more than enough of chances for taking the Tanith marine round and I think TM won't be able to make many such comebacks in the Finals themselves without some assistance from their opponents.

Stray Dogs won 3-1 against the 250 de Ping and progressed to the Finals. Their shotgun packed early pushes were enough to win Tanith marines rather easily, but the veil marine round wasn't even cloes and on aliens SD seemed to be trailing a bit behind on early game. Still, once they fought their 2nd hives up, things started going smoother. Circoidro's fading was a little sloppy, resulting in some early deaths, but his good marine performances balanced the scales nicely. Still, SD might want to reconsider their fade pick for the finals.

Looks like it's going to be a great Tier 2 Final. Both the teams are still quite active and both employ a flexible variety of gameplay options. I think I'll give Tuxedo Men a bit of upper hand due to the experienced players like Jiriki and Atman and more consistent lifeform play, but SD can easily strike back and take the game with activity boosted individual perfomances and stronger marine early game. In general I'd say that the longer the round goes, the better TM does on this one.

My call is 4-2 for TM. Atman's low ping performance decides the title.

Stray dogs proved their power in semi-final by playing 250 de ping and crushing em to pieces. Tuxedo men had the most beautiful match yet in this season and if you havent seen yet it, dl the demos! Tuxedo men played well and koreans pushed them to the peaks of their skill I expect SD to do the same this time and this will be very hard to predict. Stray dogs are improving day by day even faster than Tuxedo men did and if they continue this pace, develop a decent priorities understanding they will the ones challenging div1 clans next season. Their strength comes from mostly new players who support the few veterans (pira for example) who lead the game probably by fragging and leading the game flow.

Tuxedo men still going active, Jiriki's passion towards the game really shows as he manages everything from pcws to tactics. They have claimed that atman and Maxx!! are the key players but in my eyes it is Jiriki who keeps the stuff together as their invidual skills do not impress. I believe that Tuxedo men have better understanding of the game although bad calls are made sometimes. Long rounds we are likely to see will be Tuxedo mens key to win as they are far more experienced on those especially on Tuxedo's marine rounds. Hanzo leaving Tuxedo men for army is a big blow but they will overcome it.

2-2 is very likely and I highly doubt they will end this in 2 maps.
