I just got paid and I'm going to spend like £250 on NS because I'm already v. good looking and already won the social game years back.

I am buying the following:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-W2363D-PF-inch-Wide-Monitor/dp/B003MB61ZM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1315363970&sr=8-2

Anyone else have this by any chance?
I also need recommendations for headphones with a mic (not expensive)

and a mouse. At the moment I've got this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Razer-RZ01-00110100-R2M1-RAZER-KRAIT-1600/dp/B000FI5W46 but the mouse wheel is stiff as shit and hinders my otherwise beautiful fade bhop.
Any good mice that aren't too expensive with a really low resistance wheel let me know ok thanks.

The MX518 has angle snapping / prediction with no way to turn it off. How you move your hand isn't how the cursor/crosshair acts on the screen as the mouse tries to correct your every movement into a straight line. It's even more inconsistent than playing with mouse acceleration.

It is a recognized "feature" of the MX518 sensor, but hardly significant. Most mice actually have prediction, but some have more than others and some let you turn it off through software settings. Like most things with mice, it's mostly down to what you're used to. If you're used to playing with mice that have prediction, getting a mouse without it or turning it off will actually hurt your performance, rather than improve it.

you should be able to do a reclamation, simply to give back product to the seller within 10 days without giving any reason, that's how it is in poland dunno if this law functions in uk, if you're dissapointed in stuff you've bought and get money back.

Just got this message from LG support:

"Dear The Best Fade In Europe,

Thank you for your email.

The games you are playing, can you confirm that they support 120hz? The monitor will only display what the content is telling it to.

We hope this helps, should you require further assistance please do not hesitate to ask, you can contact us on the number below, via email or through our live chat facility Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Best regards,
LG Electronics UK Helpdesk"

So I know at least some of you are indeed running ns at 120, but I've also seen somewhere someone suggesting valve games don't run at 120hz unless you put "-refresh 120" in your launch options. (Which I've done and it still doesn't work). Any idea WHAT THE FUCKING HELL IS GOING ON WITH THIS FUCKING MONITOR??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Where did you buy that monitor from? It's the best 120hz lcd but it's discontinued and the new one is some passive 3d shit that wont do real 120hz. I've only been able to find refurbs on ebay.
