NSCC II

Since the NS scene is in need of some competetive action, NSCC II will be launched this Saturday (22/7) at 18.00 cet to 22.00 cet and continue on Sunday (23/7) from 18.00 cet to 22.00 cet. More information about schedules, teams, sign ups and so on can be found on the official website.

Believe it or not, saep, your opinion does not equal that of a lot of us. I personally thought the first combat cup was a lot of fun, and I think this one will be even more fun. You should give it a try. :)

Either way, a Night Cup or regular ENSL season won't work out now. Only a couple of weeks ago, TN and flatline were the only active teams. In the mean time TN have gone inactive because half our roster is on vacation, while Souljah and Levitacus have started playing. There's just no way you'll get enough teams for a decent Night Cup (and certainly not an ENSL season) until late August or early September.

omas idea sounds great,
and btw i think many clans need a reason to get active again.
And if you make a mini league (lets say 3 or 4 weeks + final)
perhaps some new clans will be founded.

i think he was referring to the old player drafting system that got a lot of people into the clan scene in america.. but that was ages ago, like just after 2.01 came out or so

People signed up to the league, captains volunteered and then they basically made a huge gather, but in a league format. Each captain asked for the players he wanted etc. Not sure exactly how it worked, but the key was that the players in the league - apart from the captain I think - were all or mostly non-competetive players.

There was a gather league once in the US though, I played with saltzbad and some others. Basically everyone interested signed up and then like tjosan said: people volunteered to captain. Then they just picked from the list of players available till all were gone. Few little swaps and shuffles and voila. Then they league'ed it up for a day or so.
