What do you think about this issue? We've had a rule against it, last time I used it was preventing tom from fading in some season years ago and aA from fading in our game recently. Do you think there should be rules against warping (obviously its not beneficial) but its rather annoying for the opposing team. |

I think it fucked over our chances of winning that round, not to mention started some serious bitching on vent. xD Suspicious warping is certainly unacceptable, but maybe letting people know they can't play rather than smack in the middle of a league match might be a better idea ^^; . I'm curious as to what actually causes it, and if there is any objective way of detecting it other than spectating matches. |

well not so long ago i have seen aA playing normaly. idk what caused hes warping now thou... but right now it is pretty much annoying... =\ kinda hard to predict the position of warping skulk with shotgun... lil bit easier with lmg thou, but... |

| There is rules for warping section 6.2 in the rules if i remember rightly. Aa usally plays fine aka no warping , but recently hes been warping in some PCWS and Gathers. Gathers i dont care tbh but in PCWS warping fade/skulk as bhack said trying to shotgun him is almost impossible for me. My view on this is if a player is warping etc then he should be forced not to play unless the opposing team accepts his warping. | |

I think its annoying with warpers but to be fair we do not have too many warpers. What i have played against, for example, lump i havent noticed much warp. Sure he runs around wiht constant 200ping but its not that bad at all. A bit diffrently when you play against aA though, since he can push skulk movement to the max, making the warp even more annoying. But its only recently that hes been warping so it hasnt annoyed me too much. aA, have you tried playing with reduced rates (for example defaults, like cmdrate 30 updaterrate of 20) and see if that reduced the warping anything? |

People who shotgun fades who are clearly lagging out need to be punished. Had a lot of this recently and it just isn't good sportsmanship. I'm not going to name names, but it was a team that involved necros, eistee, bigbear, vartija, and bhack. Non of them apologised for shooting me and none of them offered to help me fix my connection. I think a ban is maybe too harsh but they certainly need to be talked to. Also, the French players on my team didn't make it clear to me that it wasn't my fault. As a result I have been left feeling hurt, anxious and fragile. If this is how you want to treat new players SUFFERING bad connection issues then quite frankly, you are no better than the terrorists who threaten our very freedom to play RTS/FPS hybrids. |

what are you talknig about? I never killed your fade in a "lag". And why you say "I'm not going to name names, " and then put some random names(well, mine should not be there...). lol epic ;D --- Well, and your problem is not in ISP, it is your local problem, eg TORRENTS. Especially UPLOAD SPEED. If you, or any1 in your house are using torrent, than put the limit on upload to 2kb/s PERMANENTLY. And download speed should be limited to 60-70% of max dl. speed, or you will still experience so called "lag spikes", or PACKET LOSS. However, if you limit dl. speed to 60-70% for isntance on 2-3 PC's, and the torrent will be working on those PC at the same time... than this aint gona work, 'cos: 1000kb/s is your max dl. speed. 60% = 600kb/s 1st PC dling at the speed = 550kb/s (less then 60%, or whatever you set in the torrent settings) 2nd PC dling at the speed 400kb/s(also, less then 60%...) 3rd PC dling at whatever other speed. In the end you come up with 0 speed for your NS. |

| I have to agree with LITERALLY's sentiment but it's something that I couldn't even change within my own clan, let alone the scene as a whole. It doesn't break any rules, it's just unsportsmanly and I can count on one hand the number of times a player has forgone the opportunity for a cheap game-breaking kill. | |

if you got a bad connection or got torrent running, get the fuck outta ns and do something else. enough warpy/nonregging homos already in the game. srsly...sportsmanship...there are no ppl left in ns who even know what that word means |

Thx foir mentoining me ! .. but since i didnt kill a fade in like 10 years .. i dont care .. and srsly i would feel sry for anyone but not u .. u never managed to get a real connection so ppl have to deal with u in bad an good times so thats UR PROB .. YES UR PROBLEM !!!! .. WE DONT CARE .. sry to be so harsh i know we dont treat ppl the way we should in NS .. but we all SUCK .. or maybe just me? ... Fix ur connection or get used to dieing like that cause PPL are AWFUL .. YES ALL THE NS PLAYERS ARE .. not one is different in competitive NS .. on public I dont shot lagfades .. but in Comp NS EVERYONE DOES ! .. WE PLAY TO WIN !.. MERRY CHRISTMAS !
