I don't care if aA uses 20fps, the fact of the matter is there is a definite advantage to be gained from using 200fps. It's got nothing to do with Olaf.

Congratulations guys, this is the longest thread / post commented thing on ENSL Forums ever. Just when I thought mp_blockscripts could only bring back the super long arguments.
I clearly have to break my silence since you address me so openly. Quite outrageous demands you have, when you are demanding me to reply your "arguments" more closely, when nobody haven't countered my arguments. I have already illustrated how invalid your post 218 is and you haven't countered to my counter-arguments. But for the last time...
First, please don't use "big words" if you don't have a clue what they means. I have arguments for my every thesis, and I had also argument(s) in this case also. So no dogmas here.
I think you are misunderstanding meaning of "equal as POSSIBLE". That POSSIBLE word there refers that there are others values which are as important as or even more important than equality. True, if fpscap would be in 20 we would be more equal but right here that POSSIBLE word comes to play a role. 20fps would hurt these other values like the pursuit to skill. I thought this was obviously to everybody and this why I didn't say it aloud.
In this case fpscap to 125 doesn't hurt those other values and this why we should pursuit equality. Actually 200fps rewards those who have less skill. But there have been arguments for this already so I’m not going there before you counter those which already exist.
This is getting boring because I have to repeat myself over and over again.

didn't you foresee this from the earlier discussions in this thread? arguments don't work here.

I had some respect for your arguments until you resorted to taking extreme examples, Multi.
You can ignore posts by aA and Multivac from now on...

slow rof can be fixed by a serverside patch.
the mousebug... reduce windows sensie, increase HL sensie, problem gone.
the tearing... ppl have been playing with 125 fps for ages, and they were very good. im sure you cna still play well with 125

accuracy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
swap sensitivity with (m_pitch and m_yaw)
ok i make a example
FOV = 90 degree
resolution = 800*600
if we make 180 degree turn its 1600pixel
but we cant move the windows cursor more then 800pixel per frame
100fps = frametime 10ms
1 inch = 2.54 centimeters
5600dpi mouse
5600/800 = 7
(1/7) inch = 0.362857143 centimeters
0.362857143 centimeters per 10ms

Did'nt see any change in smoothness from 125 to 200. Maybe because I have CRT or because I am blind. Srsly NO difference :/

Sorry multi, accidentally edited your post. So my point was that ROF can be fixed by the serverside patch. It'll add an extra bullet depending on the FPS. Read the details from my topic.

The best solution would be to patch in a locked rate of fire for the hmg/lmgs. But this wont really happen.
Another solution would be to stop running our servers at 1000fps since, as i understand it, the rate of fire only becomes a problem at those server settings.
We do not want to take away any smoothness, nor do we want people to play with mouselag. This is stricktly about abusive JP fuel and unfair ROF on weapons.
I say you ban 200fps because even Arj can get kills with it.
