Sent an email and asked for refund for NS2. I have no hope for the game and am tired of Flayra's BS. |

it´s a BETA you smartass! If you buy a game in alpha or beta stage and you are not satisfied, it´s completely your OWN fault. |

It's funny, cause in the latest patch, b199, they added a simple recreation of HL1 jump mechanics for the skulk. |

How is that ANYTHING like bunnyhopping? If that number in the centre of the screen is your speed, then you're slowing down after every jump. It's the exact opposite of bunnyhopping |

Bunnyjumping is back. If you took your time to understand the mechanic, you would notice that curved jumps increase your speed. Like HL1 bunnyjumping. |

The current implementation of their "skill based movement system" is mind-bogglingly bad. The best part is how it requires you to use a console command to get a weird bar with numbers in the middle of your screen that tells you when to jump to gain/avoid losing speed. Sounds more accessible to noobs than bunnyhopping right? |

Since you're asking for a refund, I think it's appropriate that the link to this thread is ensl.org/topics/404 |

I'm quite puzzled if they're really going to release it on summer. It's still missing features, using prototypes and placeholders and needing optimization, not to speak of the actual rework needed with things in gameplay. I've been borderline of getting a refund for a long time. I'll probably get it unless they really pull things together within this spring. Earlier on I thought I'd leave the preorder as kind of thank you for all the hours with NS1, but I don't know if I really want to support the way they've handled the NS2 process as a whole. |

yes, as i wasnt a donor in ns1 i also consider it late payment for ns1. ns2 is just becoming more and more offensive to my understanding of smooth and fun gameplay -.- |

no i mean having fun controlling your character even if youre only a gorge hoping around your fancy rt, instead of fighting with the bad unresponsive mess that is todays shooters and thus ns2. also, stop stealing our reg, poltard! |

The current implementation of their "skill based movement system" is mind-bogglingly bad. I agree, it's horrible, and need improvement. You get more speed jumping off a wall by jumping in the last splitsecond youre still attached to the wall. The current implementation is kind of bad, and is already getting reworked. |
