ENSL S14 Finals

Hello everyone! It is now time for the finals and the end of season 14.

These are the times you need to mark in your calenders.

Tier 1 Finals:

2BALLS vs RAMBOS - May 9 at 20:00

Tier 2 Finals:

Professors vs Stray Dogs - [Date/Time to be decided]

More than likely, we will have the game set up with shoutcast, but more info on that later when its decided.

I´ll keep you all updated as things are confirmed.

profs allready played vs rambos, in pcws. not only did we take some rounds, the rounds we lost were definetly not a stomp and ended after 30 minutes, and easily could have gone the other way.

and at that time, we didnt even have tweadle.

and vs SD... we allready pcwed you. i cant remember the score but it was either a 6-0 or 8-0.

you must admit im not talking complete nonsense here.

and id like to add, that isok said he hates me. weird considering ive never exchanged a sentence with him (he said that to someone in the server) and only played 1 game with him on a pub. what clan does isok comes from? THATS RIGHt. SD!!

I made the decision so aim any hatred and whine on me, not on eachother.

As for NewstyleD, for those who wonder, its a bit complicated. At first RAMBOs didnt have 6 players on match day and told newstyled they wouldn´t played. When they found mercs NewstyleD didn´t have 6 players anymore.

The rest of the whine from NewstyleD is based on me not allowing them a forfeit win. RAMBOs had found a [suitable] merc, but one of the CL in NewstyleD wanted to deny the use of a merc and claim a forfeit win anyways.

I, of course, did not accept this kind of behavior wich eventually led to NewstyleD refusing to play - hence these delayed finals.

Necros, you should to be more umble playing in a competition, this is not public or gather.
And you shouldn't underestimate to the actualy 2 div. champions.

I respect your team, they are more strong than us now, we lost some important players ... pira,ppez, sub-zero and more. But this is your first finnal in ensl, and you can get a surprise at the end.

I hope get an interesting match and play with my SD friends again, I only play here to play in the same team of Syntax, Miglecz, gobot, Kuo, Vince,Doctor, Trc, Neco, Mulk, Homik, Greed,Isok, Pilopo.
And for this reasson I'm going to do my best in the final =)

In necros's defence, div2 has been boring for proffesors so far. Rules are rules and they've been accepted without much fuss but you can imagine what it's like for necros to see a forfeit awarded to Newstyled forcing profs into div2 where they clearly don't belong. Newstyled then go on to do absolutely fuck all wasting their spot while proffesors participate in lopsided div2 playoffs.

I think it's understandable that he's argued his case for newstyled's spot.

anyway frG, all im saying is that if newstyled is dropping out, i dont see why cant proffesors sub them, as they were next in line. but oh well, whats decided decided. thats dannys decision and i respect it.

Good thing this is finally moving on.

Dunno why it took so long for that forfeit, especially compared to our rather fast forfeit win against Profs.
We didn't play a single pcw the entire season and imho we didn't deserve the semi-final spot. I'm sorry for Profs, who probably would have put up a great fight against rambos.

I do agree with you that the finals tend to be 'missfit' most of the time.

I'd urge the ENSL staff to consider a div 1 and div 2 next season to make sure the finals are right next time (and making the matches more appeiling).

I shouldnt forget to mention that there is mostly one or two teams that 'fuck up' the balance (like professors starting as div 2 team and creating a div 1 team later in the season).. so its not ALL your fault Danny :P

Danny wants 2 div. final in other time than 1 div. final: Sunday 20:00, let's play Sunday at 18:00 if Proffesors are agree.

arj, thats what i mean , you gave me a better game than last season. Although mainly because this season SD rooster has gone downhill like mount everest.

and yeah i do think prof is div1 standard ;D but you know what they say div2 top - bottom div1? in theory since SD been div2 for two season makes us div1 - just a theory.

As Eistee said, not everyone in NewstyleD wanted forfeit but actually wanted to play the game instead.

It seems that some of the players think rule nr 8 of ENSL is just something you follow if you want or feel like. It is not, it is actually enforced and I suggest people re-read it every once in a while.

the only reason profs may be considered "div 1 standard" is cuz there are 10 teams.

Necros you played your 4º ensl match in this seasson, WTF 1 div? if you have no experience in competition?
You lost 4-0 against New Styled when they lost his important players, and lost again 4-0 against Take Over when they are playing worst than last year, you have a "new team" and they need almost 2 seasson to can play in 1 div and do something.
