Regretfully, we are forced to take further action against James after another racist outburst and evasion of his current ban. His suspension is now indefinite.

in that case.. the ENSL team is dead wrong to do this, whatever the offence would be.

If the ENSL would have enforced rules like this a few seasons ago, Zamma (and possibly Tweadle) would certainly have been banned also. He should understand more then anyone why James can be like he is sometimes. Good thing Zamma learns from his past, and does not forget how he was.

I dont recall ever being offensive in an ENSL game or anything to do with ENSL. Even in piXon all the game we played we're fun and friendly (miau rush...). I think the only things I ever did were in terms of OWN? and pcws. But please do search the demos. I may be wrong but i've never been racist in ANYTHING to do with ENSL recollecting to my memory.

Also Ive only ever seen Tweadle offend peoples intelligence but never being offensive in any kind of personal way and especially never racist.

Arj that just seems like a personal attack in honesty. Do you not like me arj? All you do is abuse and offend me in all of sproggas comment reports adding stupid notations and comments which make no sense and you talk about areas you have no possible idea of.

Sorry Arj I just see no point for the personal example in the matter. However, that aside, the ban was made collectively because of James lack of respect to the team when he was asked to stop. James also is not a first time offender and has cropped up many a time in ENSL discussion.

It's like, do something once and get warned, do something twice and get punished, do it again and well your just being an idiot. That is what happened in this case.

So that would be > warning > suspencion > bigger suspencion > ban for a season, something like that.
Banning someone for life is silly, unless he manages to wreck steam or NS resulting in 100 players not being able to play anymore, or something in that order :P, but even then..

I'm not saying NS is dead, I'm saying NS is less alive than it was when I quit. It's even harder to get PCWs now, which is pretty ridiculous considering how difficult it was back then. I think we've played two different opponents these last two weeks. How much fun is that? :\

Things would probably be better if it wasn't mid-June, but still. It's pretty obvious that NS is continuing it's slow decay.

Actually, I don't know how its going to be after the summer, but like last summer ENSL season had forfeits and went all shit, but then next 2 seasons during autumn, winter and spring were great and more teams started to sign up every season. Now this season deemed to summer and is getting its share of inactivity.
